Shipping and Delivery Times

UK Orders

Smaller exhausts are sent via DPD / Royal Mail and larger exhausts are usually sent via Parcelforce. We do not use couriers such as Evri or Yodel that are more prone for items going missing and failed deliveries. Please allow up to three working days for delivery. Delivery will often be much quicker as include free 24HR delivery to UK Mainland address.

Once order has been placed and the courier booked, the tracking details will be then be sent to you on a separate email confirming the courier and tracking number.

All items will be well packaged to ensure no damage in transit and all orders placed prior to 1pm we will do our best to dispatch the same day. All orders received at the weekend will be shipped on the Monday (unless bank holiday).

Overseas Orders

Most orders will be shipped via DPD or UPS but does depend on the exhaust and the country it is being sent to. We try and get the best cost for you using reputable couriers.

Please contact us prior to ordering, with the address and also the exhaust you would like to buy. We can provide you with an accurate delivery charge - sales@moto-exhausts.co.uk

Delivery times are estimates and often quicker than advised below. Please drop us an email for exact delivery times and charges.

  • Europe EU : 5-10 working days.

  • Europe Non-EU : 15 - 30 Working days.

  • USA & Canada : 14 - 21 working days

  • Australia & New Zealand : 14 - 21 working days

  • Rest of the World - up-to 30 working days.

All of above are just a guide and subject to customs clearance

If freight charge is not available for your country at checkout, please send us an email and we get that added for you.

Non Stock Items

In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with an option of an alternative or provide you with a full refund.

Order Status

You can check the current status of your order at any time. Please drop us an email or use the contact form and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours.

Sustainability

To reduce our impact on the environment we do not always use brand new boxes or packaging. All items will be very well packed to ensure no damage during transit. If listing states in original brand packaging then that will be supplied, It may also have additional packaging included to ensure it arrives safely.

Credit/Charge Card Details

We operate a secure encrypted website, all Internet transactions are handled by Stripe payment system, we do not store nor have access to your card information.

Returns

Supply errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When goods are supplied in error or arrive damaged we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full. If for any reason you are not happy with the exhaust these may be returned within 14 working days of delivery for a refund, cancellation or exchange, the purchaser must cover the cost of return postage. If goods are returned after being in the customers possession for more than 14 working days this will incur a 20% restocking fee (must be returned within 30 days). Goods must be returned unused and with their original packaging, it should be noted that the purchaser has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment.

All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked.

It is the buyers responsibility to do thier own checks and ensure that the exhaust they are buying is suitable for the motorcycle they intend to use it with. If you are unsure then please ask and we will be happy to help confirm if it will or will not fit your bike. Due to this if you are paying for a mechanic or garage to fit the exhaust and it doesn’t fit, unfortunately we will not be able to cover any installation/re-installation costs .

Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.

Installation

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevant tools and test equipment necessary to facilitate fitment and confirmation of correct operation.

EC Approval / Road Legal

Not all our exhausts are EC approved and some are intended for race use only. Please note that it is the buyer’s full responsibility to verify that the product which they intend to purchase complies with their own local/national laws.
